E filing State Error

Using Turbotax Downloaded for home and business. E filed my fefderal and said it was accepted.

When trying to E file my state,
($25 fee) and it will not accept my payment, so fails.

Have checked my payment methods on Turbotax website, and they are up to date and correct.

What is the problem? If it doesn't work by next week, I will file on Ohio's website for free. It always works.
