I tried to finalize my tax return by e-fling. I tried to use to pay the efiling fee using credit card but it will not continue to the payment page and was told that my payment didn't go through. I don't know what happened. Can anyone help me with this? There is another option for me is to charge the fee from the refund.

Just give it a moment to process. I received the same response, but within a short time a screen confirmed that the payment went through. ((I refuse to pay the extra $40 to have it deducted from my Fed refund)).
Maybe the system is overwhelmed. I dunno. But it will go through.
If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
