E-Filing Error Invalid XML element 'legalName'

when filing I get an error. Invalid XML. cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'legalName'. One of '{filerId}' is expected.. Please verify that yoiiur applicatoin program is up-to-date.
