E-filing cost for federal+state

This may be a silly question... I paid for a TurboTax Deluxe to file my federal and state taxes electronically, but immediately had second thoughts and haven't actually hit Send yet. Is it possible to have the e-filing cost refunded if I haven't used the function yet?

Once you pay, you now have access to the tax forms necessary to file your return. When you pay for TurboTax Online, you're charged a tax preparation service fee. The prep fee is charged whether you e-file or print your return.
