E-filing Bug Loop "We need a little more information before you e-file"

When I try to e-file my returns (which are already paid for), I get stuck in a loop of "We need a little more information before you e-file". We moved states during 2024 so I have 2 state returns to e-file. I was able to e-file successfully the Federal return & my prior state's return. But the current state one gets caught in a loop. All updates have been installed. I also cannot change my filing method to do mail now for my state & receive my $25 I paid to e-file back. I'm just completely stuck.
