e-filing bait and switch?

Desktop TurboTax Priemer says that e-filing the State tax is "Only $20" paid by credit card. Then, at the bottom is a note that says "Early state e-filing fee is $25 per filing. Anticipated fee increase expected in March 2025.

I just filed. It is Feb 15th. Intuit charged me $25! When does "Early filing" end? Before the anticipated "increase" in march?
