It says the MA e-file status is incomplete so I just don't know what to do about that so I need help.

E-filing a state is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected. State returns will show incomplete until federal has been accepted.

Additionally some state forms are not yet available. You can check the availability of your state using the link below.
