Why is my state refund still incomplete?

Yes, I got my federal refund almost a month ago!!

Did you efile federal or mail it in?

Have you gone back into your account and checked to see if you completed the state fully?

I've tried but couldn't figure it out. It just says incomplete. Ohio

 When on your Turbo Tax home page:

    Click on 'Taxes'.
    Click on 'My Tax Timeline'.
    Scroll down to 'Things You Can Do'.
    Click on 'Add a State'.
Once you add the state again see if it let's you complete it then you can delete the other one that was giving you trouble, let me know if you need any further help!
