In 2019, my e-file was rejected by IRS due to incorrect AGI or PIN 2019. I verified my 2018 AGI and the late PIN used and retried, and was again rejected. In 2018, I paper filed. I searched the internet and found someone who advised to use 0.00 for AGI and it worked.
I am sure I am not the first to encounter this issue and agree with comments of others that TurboTax should compile all known issues and either code them in as optional fixes or provide them to users in some manner.

I corrected my AGI from 2018. And I think I did everything I should have done on 2019. Why does it still get rejected I did owe in previous years but thought I had paid it off
Efile was rejected because of incorrect AGI. Discovered I should have entered one AGI and not one for each husband and wife. Corrected the error by entering 0 for spouse but the return was still rejected. Hope someone has a solution. Thank you.
