e-file limit error - but only e-filed two returns

I have e-filed two 2023 returns. My deceased mother's return, and my return. I am now trying to e-file my daughter's return (an extension was filed online with the IRS).  Turbo Tax is saying that only I have reached my e-file limit.  My other daughter and her husband filed their taxes from my house, but they used the online IRS site not personal tax software. But even if they did, that's only 4 returns e-filed from this IP address.  How do I get Turbo Tax to allow me to file my daughter's return?
