During efile, TT says says the W2 box 14 CASDI-E max is $1149.67, but mine is 1149.70. I leave it alone, Continue, then Transmit returns now, but it reprompts over & over

This prevents me from efiling. Is it OK to enter $1149.67 when that's slightly off from what's actually on my W-2?

Yes, just adjust to the legal maximum per TT.
