The IRS does not require you to enter a driver's license in order to e-file; some states are pretty strict about the requirement in order to e-file the state. You can skip that screen and try to e-file without the drivers license. You might need to print and mail the state return. And....if you were not at least 16 at the end of 2024, you are not going to be able to e-file anyway.
