Downloading TurboTax

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2024 Federal only. When I try to download, I get an error message that the virus scan failed. I have tried numerous time with the same error message, restarted my computer but get the same error message. I ran a virus scan and found no viruses.

Have you tried turning off your anti-virus software and Windows Defender for the download?
