Downloading roblems

Every time time I try to download from internet it gets to the same place and the it fails. Have used Turbotax for many years and have never had a problem with the CD load. It is not the internet connection, have FIOS. Is there any way to get a CD so I can do my taxes?

If you have the license code you can purchase the CD for $10 at this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/lp/ttd/4021/

If you are using a Windows based personal computer, any download would automatically be loaded into your Download directory, unless you have specified some other location.
