Hello I am having issue download or import my data from Charles Schwab for turbo tax. I get an error and do not know a fix for it, can you assist?

When I try to download data from Charles Schab, Turbotax asks me to verify my Schwab password. I click Continue and nothing happens. How do I verify the password?
I signed on to my Schwab account with the same password that I posted for Turbotax and my accounts opened up as usual.
