Downloading or import Tax date from Charles Schwab

Hello I am having issue download or import my data from Charles Schwab for turbo tax.  I get an error and do not know a fix for it, can you assist?

That error indicates your sign on information is incorrect. You would need to contact Charles Schwab for assistance. They may require two factor authentication to sign on to a third party.

When I try to download data from Charles Schab, Turbotax asks me to verify my Schwab password. I click Continue and nothing happens. How do I verify the password?

I signed on to my Schwab account with the same password that I posted for Turbotax and my accounts opened up as usual.
