Downloading Investment Data

I have been trying to download NMIS brokerage data. The data is there, I have verified that. I go through the process, and get this message - Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax. However, no updates to TurboTax take place. I have a Chrome browser. I have logged out of turbo tax, and back on, accepted and installed updates. I get the same result. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Have you tried the manual update?  Sometimes the online function doesn't pull the most recent update through:
