Have been able to successfully download my 1099 Int, Div & B from Edward Jones, but not the 1099-R. I go through what I believe is the same process as the prior 10990's, but Turbotax never prompts for the brokerage name, it just returns to the personal income page without downloading. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your response! Unfortunately, your response is the biggest thing I dislike about TurboTax - a work around. A better response from my perspective would have been “we have replicated the issue you reported and unfortunately it is a software error. This has been assigned to our development team as ticket number 1234 and is expected to be resolved within the next week”. I purchased this product advertised as having this capability, it worked last year and now it doesn’t. Is it unreasonable to expect the problem to be fixed? Piling workaround on top of workaround just results in a buggy product.
