Download TurboTax on Different Computers

Our family has recently purchased TurboTax and installed it on a couple PC's. We're now trying to install TurboTax on a Mac, but we're receiving the message "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads." 

Searching the TurboTax info, we found that it states, "You’re free to use the same license code to install the software on up to five computers; you'll need to purchase another license if you need more."

If able to use on up to five computers, please let us know how we can install on different PC's and Mac's.  Thank you!

Are you trying to install it from the CD or get the Mac download?  You need to call in and get a new download and new License Code.
