Download state for 2020

I Downloaded and installed TurboTax Deluxe 2020 to go back and file for that year. When I click Download State it runs into a problem and it says "Hmm...It looks like we've hit a slight snag." I am running this on a mac. Thank you

TurboTax does not support tax year 2020 so there will not be a state tax program you can download for 2020.

Ive always been able to file state via turbotax software. When I launch the Turbotax desktop it has a download state option. I choose the state and it attempts to look for a download then says theres a problem. Why would this not have existed for 2020 when Ive been using turbotax many years prior to that and I never had to go outside of Turbotax to file state?

@carlos28355 TurboTax does not support Tax Year 2020.  So there will not be any state program to download.

if turbo tax no longer supports tax year 2020 how come you can still download the 2020 premier and then find out it is useless because you can not get a state download, typical TT lack of concern for the client

Where did you download the 2020 software from?   Is this a new purchase?  If so, from where?

Or this a purchase you bought from TurboTax 4 years ago, and you've had it in your online Intuit Account?

i downloaded the tt 2020 premier from my accounts page at tt
