Download of Turbo Tax 2019 with Windows 7

Morning, I downloaded TurboTax 2019 and I am operating with Windows 7. I am having issues un-zipping and installing the program. Is my issue with running this years (19') with Windows 7? is it recommended I upgrade my operating system for this download?

It is recommended you upgrade prior to installing your software but TurboTax desktop software for tax year 2019 will install on Windows 7 (Service Pack 1 or later). Intuit Support for Windows 7 End of Life has more information regarding how to successfully install your desktop software.

I have the same problem here.

The installer start to unzip then stop.

I've downloaded the installer twice to make sure it wasn't corrupt or anything.

I can still run the turbotac2018 installer without any problem on the same computer.

Due to Canada corona virus lockdown I only got a chance to try to install Turbotax 2019 on windows 7, but this log appears every time I run the online download:
