As a TurboTax user for over 20 years, I've downloaded TurboTax 2020. But for the first time, the new program can't find my 2019 return so as to transfer last year's information.  Please offer any possible advice.

Try doing a search for the .tax2019 file. See: Find your tax data file (.tax file) in Windows

Be sure to check that your device meets minimum system requirements.

Next, be sure that you are in the same TurboTax account.

Its always a good idea to check your operating system because TurboTax 2020 was designed for WINDOWS 10, so that is where you start, make sure you have updated WIN10 and then it should recognize 2019 tax format for a complete transfer since the algorithms for TurboTax are based on the proconnect professional series .
