Double charged for TT 2025 desktop.Mac.

I was charged twice in my 11/24 bill but did not notice. My cc. company said its too late for them to change the charge. First I would like a refund for one the charges. Also after completing my grandsons Kansa. taxes, I'm being charged again. I thought state taxes were included in the TT Advantage version? Please help.

I have. tied the number listed several times with no luck reaching a real person. I only get recordings trying to sell me Medicare product or insurance. How can I reach a human being?

Call 800-446-8848 and press 1 for TurboTax

I wonder if you called the right number. You shouldn't get those type of recordings.
