Does TurboTax Premium include all functionality of TurboTax Deluxe?

I am looking to complete 2 returns for my family. My son was self employed, while my wife & I were W2 employees.

Yes, TurboTax Premium will handle self-employed and everything in Deluxe.  However, if you are filing multiple returns, you may want to consider using the desktop version which would be Home and Business.  This will allow you to file the Schedule C on your son's return and also file the return for you and your wife.  

With the online version, you can only file one return per account.
