Does TurboTax Plus include one-on-one assistance with filing state taxes?

I lived in two different states in 2017. Does TurboTax Plus include one-on-one assistance with state taxes? Or is the additional help only for federal taxes?

TurboTax plus assists you with all of your filing needs. I have included a link that describes all of the benefits of plus.

I received a NYS IT-204-IP. In Partners Credit information, Part 2, there is a code 256 with an amount. It won't fill in the correct section on IT-256. Thoughts?
