Does turbotax now refuse to talk to individuals? If true, not good! Why has their service has dropped significantly in last 2 year?

TurboTax Support is closed this time of night.  They open at 5AM Pacific (8AM Eastern) 7 days/week.

All products have phone Support, except for Free Edition, which requires a PLUS upgrade to have phone support.
