Does TurboTax do estimated state tax vouchers for 2025 for the state of California? TurboTax has filed both my federal and state tax returns, but only gave fed vouchers

Yes, at the end of the CA interview.   You can click through your state taxes again to generate vouchers if you need them.   If you are using TurboTax Online, you will need to click on Add a State on the Tax Home page after you sign in to unlock your return.   You don't really add a state, but you can go back over your return if you click on Add a State.
