I am trying to e-file for an extension for 2021 using form 4868. TurboTax pulls the information about tax liability and tax payments from my form 1040 and auto-fills it into form 4868. From here, it directs me to print the form. I would like to e-file instead of print and snail-mail it in. Is this possible?

Go to this TurboTax website to e-file the Form 4868 extension request - https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/
You don’t need to file Form 4868 if you make a payment using the IRS
electronic payment options. Your extension will be automatically
processed when you pay part or all of your estimated income tax
electronically. You can pay online or by phone.

You can pay all or part of your estimated income tax due and indicate that the payment is for an extension using Direct Pay, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System, or using a credit or debit card. Your extension is then automatically granted and you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
I'm using TT Home and Business software on my laptop.
I'd like to efile my Form 4868. I can't figure out how to. TT asks me to fill out the Form 4868 and tells me to mail it.
How can aI file it electronically? Seems like a software glitch. It's surely no obviuous.
Thanks.
