Yes.  TurboTax will prompt you if you want to prepare estimated taxes for next year towards the end of the interview.  You can also access this section directly by using the following steps -

• Log into your account
  
• Hit Take Me to My Return
  
• Click Federal Taxes
  
• Click Other Tax Situations
  
• Scroll down to Other Tax Forms
  
• Select Form W4 and Estimated Taxes
  

I have included some screenshots that help show the sequence of steps.  After you select estimated taxes, the program will first ask about Form W4, then you will get a screen asking if you want to prepare estimated taxes.  Hit Yes and the program will show a review based on this years taxes.  You can click yes to adjust your income and deductions and follow the prompts from there.
