No. Turbotax gets no updates.

TurboTax never knows how, when, or even if you paid your federal or state tax due.    That information is not shared with TurboTax.   Your proof that you paid will be your own cancelled checks, or your bank or credit card statements showing that you paid.  You can check your online account with the IRS.
