You cannot pay estimated taxes through TurboTax.  You can complete a Form 1040-ES for an estimated tax payment, then print and mail the form to the IRS.

The W-2 can only be provided by your employer.  The Schedule K-1 can only be provided when the Form 1065 Partnership return is being completed, the Form 1041 Estate and Trust tax return or the Form 1120S return for an S Corporation.
