Does Turbo Tax Deluxe still include a schedule C and download of investment brokerage transactions so I don't have to buy Premier or Home/Business ?

The desktop version of Deluxe does support Schedule C as well as Forms 8949 and Schedule D.  You should be able to use Deluxe here.

One thing, though, I don't think Premier "supports" - in the sense of "has an interview for" - sales of stocks acquired through some sort of employer stock compensation program.  If you have sales in this situation and you know what you are doing you certainly can use Deluxe, but you might want to upgrade to Premier, which you can do "on the fly".
