Does turbo tax deluxe have a 1099-S and form for disbursements or do I have to buy turbo tax Premium.

I received a 1099-S for $64k but after disbursments I only received a check for $20k. How do I do this in turbo tax deluxe.

You would enter the sale of your home by 

typing in the words sale of home in the Find window on the upper right, 

then hit enter and the 

Jump To.

The amount of your disbursement does not matter.  you will be asked for the selling price less sale expenses but the payoff of any mortgage amount does not count as an expense.

You will need to upgrade to Premier to report the sale on the correct forms.
