Does the Sept 2023 update to the home edition of TurboTax Deluxe use the 2022 or 2023 marginal tax rates when computing the 2023 estimated tax?

The 2023 tax rates have been in place since the calculations for 2023 estimated taxes became available in the 2022 TurboTax program earlier this year.
