Yes, Raymond James is a participating import partner with TurboTax. But not all Online versions support all types of 1099 importing. What kind of 1099 do you have to import--1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, etc. And what edition are you using? It says online Free Edition by your username above; is that correct?
Or are you using a desktop CD/download edition installed on your computer?
In the Online products, the Free Edition and online Deluxe Edition cannot handle 1099-B, Schedule D, Form 8949. Premier or higher is required when using the Online version.
All of the desktop products can handle a 1099-B, Schedule D, Form 8949, etc.
