This software doesn't work on a Mac. Incredibly, you can't even get in touch with someone to tell them the problem with their software (which I have already purchased). In order to speak with someone (who is a real person and not a bot) you need to upgrade. I get that for tax advice, but for technical support this makes ZERO sense. I have found technical problems with the software in the past and have brought it to someone attention (a person that is via a phone call). Perhaps Intuit should spend a little more money on both R&D and customer service here. This is a total fail.

It continually asks for access to Keychain. I can't get around it.

Thanks for sending but this is a work around and I don't like compromising security on my computer. Intuit needs to address this promptly. I will happily input the password manually but it will not let me do this.
So, is Intuit planning to fix this problem??

At this time the "work around" is all that has been offered.
Wait a minute. The work around is not being offered - its a random work around that might mitigate a fundamental software problem but that potentially exposes the user to data loss and privacy problems.
This is utterly unacceptable. This isn't some random tax input miscalculation. this is literally the platform software itself.
I will continue to post this and bring this to the forefront of this forum for all to see. I also will review this in other places to customers know the problem (and the fact that Intuit has no plans to actually fix a fundamental software problem that they are selling to their customers and are happy for their customers to risk their personal privacy to "work around" the problem.
I will also tell them to forget trying to find a live person to speak with at Intuit about any problems because the company doesn't want to hear from them.

If you are using anything other than the FREE ONLINE version can can speak to TT support for free.
I am not a mac user but can you remove the keychain ?
Still not working.
I spoke to a Turbotax person who, although very nice, was completely unable to address the problem. She gave me the same run around that the turbotax folks on this site have given. She was unable to say whether TurboTax would actually fix the software problem.
