Does my Employers address need to match what my W2 says..? The address that automatically popped up when filling in my W2 is wrong

Yes, it should match.  Use the address on your W-2.  You can edit the address in TurboTax.  Sometimes, the employer has multiple addresses tied to their EIN and TurboTax will pull the main address which may be different than the one used on your W-2.  Now, if it pulling in the wrong company information, you will need to get a corrected W-2 from your employer.
