Yes, the IRS requires you to report all of your income, even small amounts under $600. Income reported to you on a Form 1099-MISC is also reported to the IRS. The FAQ below has a link to the instructions for reporting this income in TurboTax.
If I didn't get a 1099-MISC, do I still need to report the income? Even if it's less than $600? https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4772601
Hi I never reported my 1099 for the last few years! It’s less than $200 on my 1099 but I just want to make sure I’m doing everything the right way. I didn’t make any money but I know from here on out to file my 1099. Thanks
