Do you charge a transmission fee?

There is no additional fee to transmit (efile) a federal or state return using the online product. There is a $24.99 fee to efile a state return using the CD/download product.

The fees in the Online version are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.  Then if you want to have any fees deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 34.99 Refund Processing Service charge.  Or you can pay upfront with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
