Do not mail my tax return without my approval

I was checking my return through turbo tax. Will file through CPA

TurboTax does not mail returns. If you were to file by mail, you'd have to print and mail your own return. TurboTax also does not e-file returns for you, you would have to manually click the Transmit Returns button to e-file the return. So no return is filed unless the user of TurboTax actually files it.
