Yes, you still need to pay for the tax preparation service even if you didn't get a refund because the IRS kept it. Turbo Tax will send you an invoice so you can pay the amount due.

Anyone else have trouble getting a hold of cross river bank. And why am I the one having to call. Turbo tax provided the service and used their bank.
