Do I need to attach 1099-Misc and W2 to an Illinois return if no taxes were withheld for that state?

I received a 1099-Misc from an organization in Illinois for work done from my home in Virginia, and NO state taxes were withheld.  I also received a 1099-Misc from another state and a W-2 for a 457(B) distribution - neither of which had Illinois taxes withheld.  Do I need to attach copies of any of these documents to my Illinois return, IL-1040, filing as a Non-Resident?

No, do not attach copies. The Illinois Department of Revenue states, 'Attach your W-2 and 1099 forms to support the amount you claim as Illinois Income Tax withheld on line 26'. See screenshot below.
