Do I include the address change fee in my taxes?

I did an USPS address change and a $1.10 fee was charged online.

Not sure what you are trying to do. Why do you think you need to include a post office fee in your tax return? No you do not enter that anywhere.

I haven't received my first or second amount of taxes and my address did change, but even my first amount of money should have came back to me and it didn't. Fix it
