Hello,
Unfortunately we cannot e-file Form 709, the gift tax form. A bit of a silly logistics question, but do I have to print all 5 pages of the form if the last 2 are essentially blank? I would like to print only the first 3 so that I can mail the form in an envelope with a stamp. At 5 pages a sensitive USPS scale may send it back for insufficient postage and that is a headache I wouldn't want to deal with. I've searched the IRS website and can't find a definitive answer to this question.
Thanks!

Have you considered using more than one stamp on the envelope? If you gave a gift significant enough to require the submittal of a Form 709, it seems reasonable to assume you can afford an extra postage stamp.
You should send all pages since the IRS has no idea some pages are blank unless they receive all of them.
