Additional $34.99 fee charged --- That is a totally OPTIONAL service you opted to use to have your fees deducted from your refund.

Use your credit card instead.

There are at least 2 different screens that ask you to confirm you opted to use (and pay for) that service.

Only if you chose to have your TurboTax fees taken out of your return. The $34.99 is the Refund Processing Fee.
