Do I have to paper file if my W2 has $0.01 in Box 1 (the actual amount paid to me is in Box 14)?

Last year, this employer issued me a W2 with $1 in Box 1. That unfortunately, forced me to paper file.

You have to file all of your income, so yes. What is in the rest of the boxes on the W-2?
