Yes, you have to report all income received on a W-2.

no , this is my wifes w2 , she only worked 2 weeks on 2017 because she was pregnant

If you are required to file you will need to report the For W-2. If you file your return jointly with your wife, the you will include both your income as well as her income. Please see the following TurboTax FAQ to see if you are required to file a federal return:
