Yes, but you have to log-in to TurboTax through the USAA website.

After logging in to USAA's website, use the Search icon and enter Turbotax.

The first result should be:

Tax Center: File Taxes Online With TurboTax

Get tax help from the USAA Tax Center. Find tax forms, online filing tips, and save on your purchase of TurboTax. Start your tax preparation today.

Select the "Tax Center" link and then the TurboTax icon (see attached screenshots)
