Do I add Unemployment Compensation under Business Funds or Taxable Grants?

Neither. When entering your unemployment compensation 1099-G, in the Government Payments (1099-G) screen, answer no to the question Did you receive any of these payments reported on Form 1099-G?.  (As shown in the attached screenshot)

This will prompt the program to pull up the interview about unemployment.

You add Form 1099-G attributable to unemployment compensation in TurboTax online by:

• Opening your tax return in TurboTax online and click,Take me to my return.

• In the search box located in the upper right hand corner,  type the words unemployment compensation, then click  the “Jump to unemployment” link found in the search results
  
• On the Unemployment (and Paid Family Leave) screen, answer Yes and click Continue.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-G information.
