Your 1099-R needs to be added on your tax return. Here is how.

Please follow the steps below to enter your 1099-R information:

Select "Federal" on the left panel
Select the "Wages & Income" sub-tab at the top of the screen
Select See all income
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and select Show more
Click Start next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R
