How do I resubmit a rejected return from 2014

Do an amended return

Original return was never accepted, so no need to do an amendment (1040X).

How do I access the return to print it out? It was done through Turbo tax

Did you use TT online (web) or TT desktop (CD/download)?

I used TT online

You must print, sign and file by mail. However, it is now past the Statute of Limitations to receive a refund for that tax year.
